By using recycled glass materials and offering various glass types, including flint and super flint, we provide a wide selection of high-quality, affordably priced glass bottles, jars, and packaging solutions to our customers. Beyond glass products, Jiangyi also supplies complementary accessories such as caps, closures, corks, and labels, ensuring a complete and convenient packaging solution for every need. Jiangyi is proud to serve many renowned companies and has successfully exported products to over 36 countries across Europe, America, South America, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
At Jiangyi, we prioritize precision and excellence in every bottle we produce. Each production line is equipped with advanced quality assurance systems, including LED inspection, automatic camera inspection machines, and automatic neck finish inspection machines. With these state-of-the-art technologies, each production line can produce approximately 150,000 to 200,000 bottles per day, managed efficiently by just 2 to 4 staff members. The automatic inspection machines are capable of detecting and discarding any defective products, ensuring that only the highest-quality bottles meet our clients' standards.
